Online counselling services
I work from a Person-Centred perspective, which means offering a space of acceptance, understanding, and authenticity — a space led by you. This approach resonates deeply with me because of its core philosophy, its sensitivity to power dynamics, and its capacity to support meaningful personal change, whatever that may look like for you.
I’m particularly interested in the layered and sometimes complex experiences of mixed heritage, having been born into a family shaped by different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
I offer online counselling sessions, each lasting 50 minutes and priced at £50. Sessions are held via a secure, confidential video platform and can be arranged flexibly to suit your schedule and needs.
I also offer a free 30-minute initial video session. This gives us a chance to meet, talk about what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels right for you.
My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore any aspect of your life — no matter how difficult or complex it may feel. I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Empathy, professionalism, and a strong ethical foundation are at the heart of my practice, helping to create the conditions for you to feel heard, understood, and supported in your growth.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am trained to a post-graduate diploma level in counselling. I have experience as a counsellor with a variety of people, organisations and charities such as Mind and The Norwich Centre, UK which included project work with university students. Along side working privately, I have also worked as a Youth Counsellor with young people from the ages of 14-25 as part of an NHS contract in the UK. Additionally I have years of experience in support work with charitable organisations. This has included group facilitation such as Men’s Groups.
My path to becoming a counsellor began with a sense that certain parts of my life needed to change — alongside a deep desire to support others in a way that felt aligned with my values. This led me to the Person-Centred Approach, which resonated with me both personally and philosophically.
I went on to train in this approach in Norwich, UK — a city I’ve called home for most of my life. Before that, I studied Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester, which continues to inform how I view people, culture, and identity in the therapeutic space
Having lived in different countries and grown up within an international family, I feel strongly about diversity, inclusion, and the ways culture shapes who we are.
I also have a deep passion for movement and the arts. For many years, I’ve taught Capoeira to both adults and children — a rich Brazilian art form that weaves together movement, music, and cultural history. Through this, I continue to explore identity, heritage, and creative expression.
I’m particularly interested in the complexity of masculinity — how it’s shaped by culture, upbringing, and personal experience, and how we can begin to reimagine it in more expansive, compassionate ways.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.
